Two Unique Services
Standard: £1.30 per audio minute + VAT
Premium: £1.60 per audio minute + VAT
Quite simply a 10 minute audio file will cost £13 + VAT for a 24 hour turnaround and £16 + VAT for premium (immediate) typing.
Only Pay For What You Use
The OutSec Medical Transcription Solution doesn’t charge any setup fees, and you only pay for what you use. Therefore we do not charge a monthly minimum or have contract termination fees.

Each client is allocated a Personal Account Manager who will tailor the service to your specific needs

The OutSec Medical FileManager system is a custom workflow solution that receives audio files immediately uploaded and streams them to your dedicated typist.
In combination with the OutSec Medical "Speak" App, the service ensures a transcription service that is simple and cost efficient. The App can be used to dictate from anywhere, at any time with an instant 'send' facility to your allocated typist.
As a result, typing deadlines are always met daily and without fuss.
The OutSec Medical Transcription Solution can be integrated into your practice management support package or work as an ad-hoc standalone basis. If you already have a Medicolegal PA but need further support with your transcription, our typists can assist with increased and fluctuating typing volumes as and when required.
